Godori – Kampf der Blumen
“Godori – Kampf der Blumen” at Museum Reinickendorf presents the winner of the 2021 Dieter Ruckhaberle Award: Surya Gied. We designed all media for the exhibition.
On the occasion of the awarding of the Dieter-Ruckhaberle-Förderpreis 2021, Surya Gied is exhibiting her work “Godori – Kampf der Blumen” at the Museum Reinickendorf. In Surya’s work, painting techniques are interwoven with oral history, photography, sound and video works, performance and sculpture. She creates multidimensional narratives that explore the historical and contemporary living conditions and struggles of Korean migrants in Germany.
Our design is based on the well-known Korean Godori game: Surya Gied’s painting is interwoven with the typographic information layer.
