The publication examines minimalist paintings from the 60s and its influence on modern-day practices.
The book is based on the “Hidden Forces? Painting in the 1960s and 1970s” symposium that was held at Frankfurt’s Museum für Moderne Kunst (Museum for Modern Art) in 2013.
The book’s typography is heavily influenced by that era and, despite the vast amount of text involved, its layout is varied and vibrant.
